I wrote it back in 2008.  Here's it's key features:
  • Windows 7 compatible (x86 and x64).
  • Reads text copied to the clipboard.
  • Reads text files to you.
  • Any voice that is compatible with Microsoft Speech API (SAPI5) can be used.
  • The audio can be saved to a .wav or .mp3 file.
  • You can set the length of the audio files based on number of words read.
  • It will separate the audio files at the end of sentences.
  • You control the rate of the speech.
  • Its free to use.
